Sterling Property Services, LLC is a husband and wife partnership of Roger Ness and Sandy LeRoy. For over twenty years we have used our talent, training and experience to provide high quality property services for homes and businesses, including custom painting and staining, expert pressure-washing, deck maintenance and refinishing, color consulting, home staging and more.
We work in Western North Carolina from Asheville to Highlands, Hendersonville to Tryon and beyond, and in the Upstate area of South Carolina. Many of our clients live in communities such as The Cliffs, Kenmure and Biltmore Forest where standards for workmanship and service are high. We respond with creative solutions, a business-like approach and by paying attention to the details that make a difference.
