Sterling Property Services is a husband and wife partnership of Roger Ness and Sandy LeRoy. For over twenty-five years we've used our talent, training and experience to provide high quality property services for homes and businesses, including custom painting and staining, expert pressure-washing, deck maintenance and refinishing, color consulting, professional home staging and more.
We work in Western North Carolina from Asheville to Highlands, Hendersonville to Tryon and beyond, and in the Upstate area of South Carolina.
