Marketing Tip: Comfort and Convenience Features

 

Today’s busy families appreciate comfort and convenience, so tell your REALTOR® about the features of your house that make daily living easier and more enjoyable. Include this information in your marketing materials, briefly describing the benefits where appropriate, not just the feature itself. Use a sign (in large print) to point out the feature, if not obvious to a visitor. These details will give your house a distinct personality that sets it apart from the competition.
